Null island has no official airport, however it has many south facing runways. This is due to glitches in airplane and airport software that causes locations to default to Null Island.

Atmosphere
Null island has extremely erratic weather. Weather monitoring systems whose GPS has broken down send their data to null island, resulting in simultaneous temperatures of -20 and 45 celsius.
Attractions
There is the SOUL weather buoy owned by US, France, and Brazil. This buoy is in a series of buoys named for types of music (reggae, samba, soul).
